Is there a warranty on SNAP!office products?

Yes, SNAP!office warrants the products it manufactures and guarantees they are free from defects in design, material and workmanship under normal use and with proper care and maintenance. Our warranty is in effect from the date of purchase, but only as long as the original purchaser continues to own the warranted product. The warranty period(s) is as follows:

  • Lifetime:  for all non-moving, non-electrical components
  • Five (5) years:Electrical components and functional mechanisms, including, but not limited to drawer slides, keyboard trays, casters, pneumatic cylinders, fabric and upholstery
